The story isn't anything great, but trust me, once you get going and start piecing together your custom mechs, you'll quickly realize it doesn't matter. The movement and aiming controls are responsive enough, but they feel somewhat slow, especially when the game tries to be a fast-paced third-person action title. One-on-one battles, on the other hand, feel great. The main hub in Gundam Breaker 3 allows players to waste as little time as possible before they get into combat.
The customization UI, while somewhat daunting at first glance, does a great job explaining what each part does.
